The opportunity sits within Uniphar Medtech, a dedicated division focused on delivering innovative medical technologies and solutions.
The Role
The Quality Administrator will support the Medtech Quality function by maintaining key elements of the Quality Management System (QMS), supporting documentation control, daily operational compliance activities, and assisting in GxP‑related processes. The role ensures efficient, compliant execution of quality tasks across storage, distribution and supply contributing to strong regulatory compliance across the Medtech division. The position provides structured administrative support for documentation, device traceability, complaints, vigilance‑related records, and operational quality processes.
This role covers compliance with EU MDR, ISO 13485, GDP/GMP, ISO 9001, and product specific regulatory requirements. Travel between sites across Ireland may be required.
Responsibilities

Support with audit and inspection readiness.
Support administrative compliance with EU MDR for medical devices (e.g., CE documentation, DoCs, device classification records).
Manage documentation around inbound deliveries and releases.
Perform temperature monitoring and escalates excursions to the RP/DRP. Ensure temperature records are printed and signed.
Log and track complaints, adverse events, and reportable event documentation.
Administration of Quality Complaints, ensuring compliance in this area.
Support with the processing of returns, ensuring compliant documentation and escalating quality concerns.
Support other quality activities and projects where required.
Support in coordination and documentation management of validation and mapping activities.
Generate reports and dashboards for quality metrics and KPIs.
