Residential Property Manager Role
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments, providing exceptional service to stakeholders and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the administration of all developments, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to SLAs.
* Respond promptly to client queries via various channels, reviewing correspondence and drafting responses as needed.
Additional key responsibilities include:
Managing credit control issues for OMCs,
negotiating with the Operations Department on tendering processes,
alising with the Accounts department on audited accounts from draft to final,& leading site visits according to individual SLAs ,
courtside work required for each development,
