The Candidate
We are seeking a senior IT/CIO professional who can effectively lead with pace in a dynamic environment. The role will involve partnering with the business units to deliver the insights and solutions required to aid decision making and contribute to the success of the business, by providing challenge and support to the team.

Key Responsibilities will include the following:
IT Management
* Creating and implementing the organization’s IT policy and best practices
* Lead and support a small IT team while remaining hands-on with technical delivery
* Provide L2 support across networking, servers, and applications (onsite & remote)
* Administer Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and network infrastructure
* Manage SAP Hana Server environments and support VoIP/intercom systems
* Manage Oracle Database Server environments
* Support VoIP/intercom systems (cloud)
* Oversee virtualized environments (Hyper-V / VMware)
* Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS and 3rd Party)
* Monitor system alerts, troubleshoot proactively, and drive continuous improvement
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Issue tracking in Jira
* Oversee outsourced IT services, ensuring high-performance and cost-effective technology management.
* Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and service agreements.
* Creating workshops and training initiatives for staff
Cybersecurity & Compliance
* Update, manage, and raise awareness of Technology Security Requirements, Baselines, and Standards.
* Contribute to compliance with customer data regulations including GDPR.
* Ensure cybersecurity best practices are in place to protect data and IT systems.
* Manage risk, incident response, and compliance.
* Maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Key Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in CIO/IT management role.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, bridging technical and business functions.
* Strong coding and scripting experience
* Strong networking and SQL Server and Oracle experience
* Solid understanding of Fortinet, Hyper-V/VMware, and VoIP systems
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Oracle database (forms & reports). PL/SQL
* SQL SAP Business One, Office 365 Administration, Power BI
* RFID – EID tags, PowerShell, PHP, Python, Java, Batch and vbscript Scripting
