You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of big-ticket, cross-border transactions representing prestigious clients located both locally and globally. Your role will encompass everything from managing debt issuance programmes to handling complex structured finance transactions. You will also play a key role in advising clients on the full range of debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation and structured finance transactions. You should possess strong academic credentials coupled with excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills. A high level of commercial awareness is essential along with a calm approach to problem-solving. Your ability to work independently as well as part of a team will be crucial in this role.
