About the Role
We are seeking a skilled
Data Scientist
to turn complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Ireland to develop predictive models, analyze trends, and support data-driven strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy predictive and machine learning models
* Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to address business challenges
* Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate results
* Conduct statistical analysis, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance standards
* Stay updated with latest trends in data science and analytics
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
* Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and relevant data science libraries
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
* Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
* Prior experience in a data science or analytics role preferred
