Site Facilities Lead - PPP Community Nursing Units

We are recruiting for several Site Facilities Leads to join our PPP Community Nursing Units (CNU) located in Ardee, Clonmel, Athlone, and Midleton. The successful candidates will oversee the operational management and delivery of all facilities management services. This active and visible role requires excellent customer relationship and supplier management skills, contributing positively to business performance by fostering a culture of customer care.


Responsibilities:

1. Manage the customer interface within an assigned PPP CNU, ensuring high standards in daily site operations.
2. Build strong relationships with customers, clients, suppliers, and partners, responding promptly to all concerns.
3. Ensure site operations comply with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
4. Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, management systems, security policies, and company and client policies to promote a health and safety culture.
5. Lead, develop, and retain staff to deliver quality services.
6. Establish a Continuous Improvement Process to add value to the business and clients.
7. Represent the Facilities Management Team as a leader and ambassador of the business.
8. Organize and facilitate regular Customer Forums and stakeholder meetings.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of planned and reactive tasks using best practices.
10. Support audits to ensure optimal results.
11. Maintain and update company records as required.
12. Authorize payroll issues related to staff within the CNU portfolio (e.g., overtime, absence).
13. Ensure new staff receive induction training in line with company policies.
14. Conduct Objectives, Performance Reviews, and Toolbox Talks as per company policy.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.


Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:

1. Multiskilled with relevant experience in a similar environment is advantageous.
2. Strong customer service and people management skills.
3. Knowledge and experience with CAFM and BMS systems.
4. Experience as an outsourced provider of Facilities Management is desirable.
5. Health & Safety awareness; IOSH/NEBOSH certification is an advantage.
6. Understanding of Quality systems such as ISO 9001 accreditation.
7. Strong understanding of Facilities Management, Building, and M&E services.
8. Ability to compile and analyze site information for weekly and monthly reports, including Energy Management.
9. Willingness to assist the wider team with maintenance tasks as needed.
