Scientific Researcher
This role involves conducting internal projects, providing technical support and exercising independent judgement with minimal oversight.
The position entails project management, product and process improvements, design control and risk management, knowledge sharing and strategic orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Execution: Manage internal projects autonomously.
* Product Development: Investigate standard complaints, prioritize medical complaints and support ticket trending processes.
* Design Control: Develop and maintain risk management files under guidance.
* Knowledge Sharing: Prepare reports and presentations for internal groups, sharing expertise within the team.
* Results Orientation: Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by supporting product availability.
* Investigations: Undertake multiple technical tasks for investigations, provide audit inputs and necessary support.
Ideal Background:
* Required qualifications include an Honours Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in a scientific field or relevant combination of education and experience.
* 0-2 years' related work experience.
