Overview:
Supporting our Senior Leadership team in sourcing, screening and appointing the right talent for our business, the role of Talent Acquisition Partner acts as the first point of contact for future Team Schein Members (TSMs) and leads their journey from acquisition through to onboarding into our organisation. The role will focus predominantly on delivering end-to-end sourcing and onboarding processes for our Digital Centre of Excellence in Ireland but will support across the EMEA region. Regional experience and knowledge of talent acquisition markets and legislation is required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple roles and stakeholders at all levels to provide an exemplary service and the appointment of high-level talent.
Job Responsibilities:
Utilise recruitment toolkit and resources to support recruiting managers through attracting, screening, and offering talent, minimizing agency placement spend and maximizing direct hire techniques through knowledge of contemporary sourcing channels.
Provide a candidate-first experience for all applicants, aligning our talent acquisition approach to Henry Schein’s TSM Experience values.
Lead the review and screening of applications and resumes, uphold recruitment processes, and support interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain relationships with external sources such as recruitment agencies and third-party experts to stay informed about market trends and inform talent acquisition strategies.
Provide guidance and analytics to hiring managers and HR throughout the sourcing process to optimize candidate quality.
Conduct reference checks and pre-employment testing as appropriate.
Maintain expertise in employment regulations, including right to work and contract requirements, in collaboration with local HR support.
Complete all steps from offer to onboarding, including employment offers and contractual requirements, in coordination with HR partners.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed.
Job Skills & Experience Required:
Secondary education level; CIPD or equivalent accreditation desirable.
Completion of Henry Schein compliance training upon starting the role.
Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding practices.
Experience as an autonomous Talent Acquisition lead in a corporate setting preferred; agency or consultancy experience also relevant.
Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships quickly and effectively.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Ability to work independently or in small teams, managing change effectively.
Experience with ATS platforms like Workday Recruiter is desirable.
