Job Title:
Employee Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide senior-level advice on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and conduct matters.
* Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring accurate documentation and risk mitigation.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers to resolve complex employee issues.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
* Partner with stakeholders on employee relations and conduct-related matters.
* Facilitate employee relations investigations and provide advice to investigating and hearing managers.
* Support fellow ER Consultants in managing collective case loads for UK & Ireland locations.
* Work closely with Occupational Health and Permanent Health Insurance providers to ensure early intervention on case management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience working at a senior level in an Employee Relations function.
* Strong knowledge of UK and Irish Employment Law.
* Previous TUPE experience.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships locally and virtually.
* Self-disciplined with the ability to work alone or remotely.
* Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
