Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
Experience in a people management role leading sales teams.
Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or e-commerce, with an understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including executive level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, competitive offerings, including track record in commercial teams.
Ability to self-initiate and thrive in a rapidly changing environment, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Recruit, retain, motivate and develop a client-facing and high-performing sales team.
Deliver against ambitious revenue and product targets, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market.
Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop strategic plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking.
Coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
Ensure team readiness to deliver complex advertising solutions and create a culture of sales innovation and advertiser success on the team.
