We are currently growing our Irish Talent Practice team and are looking for a commercially focused Rewards Advisory Director to join our practice based in Dublin.
The role is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our office in Dublin.
* Solve client's workforce challenges through leverage of Talent, and where possible Health and Wealth solutions.
* Accountable for projects to ensure they're delivered with quality, accuracy and efficiency.
* Develop and maintain a robust network both internally and externally to develop relationships and opportunities for the Advisory team.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the development of thought leadership across our Advisory offering.
* Shape, sell and lead customized and tailored solutions to clients.
* Project management with a high degree of personal involvement in delivery.
* Responsible for working in full accordance with our Risk Management Framework.
Requirements
* Technical experience in Total Reward, Rewards Analytics, People Analytics and/or Talent Management.
* Experience leading and delivering significant projects.
* Ideally, proven sales experience and experience of mentoring and leading a team.
* Ability to collaborate well with colleagues across different teams and geographies.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Highly evolved analytical skills for interpreting data.
* Consistent track record of strong senior stakeholder level client relationship management.
* Commercial competence, with an ability to drive revenue growth.
