Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis
o Engage with process engineers, operators, maintenance teams, and automation engineers to understand existing workflows.
o Capture detailed
User Requirements Specifications (URS)
for Robotic and Cobotic automation of fab tools and processes.
o Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

Process & Workflow Analysis
o Map current manual workflows, identify pain points, and propose automation opportunities.
o Support feasibility analysis for Robotic and Cobotic integration into fab equipment and handling systems.
·
Documentation & Communication
o Produce clear, structured documentation including:
§ User Requirement Specifications (URS)
§ Business Process Models
§ Use Cases & User Stories
§ Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
o Act as the central point of contact for requirement traceability from concept to deployment.

Stakeholder Management
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, IT, EHS, suppliers).
o Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and sign-off sessions.
·
Support Project Execution
o Partner with project managers and system integrators to ensure requirements are met.
o Contribute to test planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation protocols.
o Ensure compliance with fab standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
o Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.

Experience:
o 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
o Prior exposure to
semiconductor fabs
,
automation/robotics
, or
Cobotic systems
strongly preferred.
o Experience writing
URS and functional specifications
for automation or manufacturing projects.
o Familiarity with tool automation, MES systems, and integration with fab IT systems desirable.

Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to map complex workflows.
o Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Proficiency with requirements management and modeling tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, BPMN).
* o Knowledge of regulatory, EHS, and safety considerations for automation in cleanroom fabs.
