Overview of Role
The Person In Charge is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient provision and operation of person-centred services to adults and children in designated centres.
Purpose of Role
* Strategic planning, policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols must be adhered to at all times.
* A rights-based, person-centred home environment must be maintained with regular communication and reporting to the Area Service Manager and/or Director of Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals with varying needs and abilities.
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
* Developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance service delivery and quality.
