An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer architect to contribute to our team's success.
The lead architect will foster relationships across Business and IT to ensure that strategies and architectures proposed are aligned to the business need, fit for purpose, and provide value for investments made.
The lead architect serves as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping transformation initiatives across the bank.
1. Contribute to strategy definition and develop roadmaps and reference architectures in support of business strategic priorities and challenges.
2. Support the business by consulting on technology and providing advice and thought leadership.
3. Support project colleagues with enterprise technology landscape knowledge, understanding of wider enterprise context, and communication expertise.
4. Direct and guide change programmes in their design of changes for solutions, maintain oversight, and play an architecture governance role throughout the lifecycle of a change project.
5. Direct, guide, and mentor solution architects to design architectures that implement or influence the Group's strategy and roadmaps in compliance with guidance from principles, standards, policies, and guidelines.
6. Lead architecture input into large-scale transformation programmes, utilising cutting-edge technologies, particularly in the data and AI spaces.
Requirements
* Knowledge in developing enterprise architectures and a proven track record for designing enterprise-level solutions and delivering digital experiences.
* Knowledge of architecture governance and demonstrated abilities in visioning and high-level solution capabilities.
* Experience with Customer Journey Mapping, CRM platforms, Process Automation, Data Analytics, and Digital Channels will be advantageous.
* Ability to work with deep-dive technical SMEs and make decisive decisions when presented with disparate technical solutions.
* Leadership and people management skills.
