Engage in ongoing learning and training opportunities within the Consultancy Department. Develop your technical capabilities to take on more complex responsibilities as you progress. Prepare and update essential construction safety documents, including Construction Stage Safety & Health Plans.
Perform thorough on-site safety audits and compile comprehensive reports. Oversee temporary H&S placements for specific client needs. Ensure contractors adhere to their obligations under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. Assist with Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) responsibilities where required.
Conduct audits in non-construction settings (e.g., education, property, manufacturing). Provide expert safety guidance to clients, contractors, and team members. Key skills include compliance, EHS, utilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
