My client is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, and performance management.
* Drive recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
* HR Generalist experience.
* Oversee monthly payroll processes.
* Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinate annual HR initiatives, engagement programs, and company events.
* Oversee facilities management for Dublin offices.
* Supervise the Dublin HR team to ensure high-quality service.
* Report to the Head of HR and Admin.
* Undertake any additional duties or business travel as required, including facilities management.
Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of Irish labour law.
* Strong employee relations experience.
* Expertise in recruitment and talent management.
* Skilled in payroll oversight and HR policy development.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives.
* Aviation experience an advantage but not essential.
