About the Role
The Senior Project Planner will play an active role in project management support of multi-disciplined, multi-sector project delivery work by facilitating planning, scheduling and controlling processes.

* Manage, mentor and provide guidance to Planners/Juniors as required depending
Main Responsibilities
The Senior Project Planner will be responsible for:
* Reviewing Contract documentation and highlighting key schedule and tracking requirements
* Developing Construction schedules based on high-level target schedules and WBS received from Project managers
* Supporting client schedule negotiations
Schedule Management Key Activities
The Senior Project Planner will chair and facilitate weekly 'Look Ahead' Meetings on site with Site Managers as required, measuring and recording actual installation progress for installation progress reporting. They will also report weekly Spent/Earned man-hours efficiency in conjunction with the Commercial Team.
* Reviewing and updating plans, monitoring and controlling work
* Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Requirements
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or a strong trades background with technical ability
* A minimum of 5 years experience demonstrating the ability to develop and implement plans, monitor and control work
