About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven
Showroom Sales + Design Consultant
to join a well-established, design-led retail team in Navan. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a flair for design who enjoys working in a high-end, customer-focused environment.
You will play a key role in guiding clients through their product selections, providing expert advice, and managing the full customer journey from consultation to after-sales. This position offers the chance to work with premium design products, collaborate with industry professionals, and build strong relationships with both retail and trade clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised consultations, advising clients on product selections and design options
* Manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion with professionalism and attention to detail
* Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate, up-to-date advice
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth order and delivery processes
* Consistently provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues efficiently
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Contribute to the presentation and organisation of a visually inspiring showroom
* Participate in training, events, and team initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Proven sales experience in a showroom, retail, or design-focused environment (luxury or home/interiors preferred)
* Experience in interiors, home improvement, or design-led products is highly desirable
* A qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is an advantage
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, polished manner
* Target-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport and close sales
* Confident in using Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM or design software
* Passion for design, trends, and high-quality products
