We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in optimizing manufacturing processes and workflows, with a focus on improving efficiency and productivity.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement within our production lines and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste. They will also work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of new products and efficient setup of processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily support to the Packaging Business Unit
* Identify and implement cost-justified process and equipment improvements
* Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and implement improvements under change control
* Support introduction of processes for New Product Introductions
* Carry out Risk Assessments as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering and relevant experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments. A 3rd level qualification in an engineering discipline is essential, and experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and data analysis is highly desirable.
