Reporting to the QC Manager, this fast-paced and varied role involves laboratory testing across a range of applications, along with documenting and reporting test results in a timely manner. Exceptional attention to detail and a drive for efficiency are required, with a consistent and accurate approach to testing and documentation while adhering to all aspects of company and industry cGMPs. This role is central to the QC laboratory operation and supports the wider compliance and quality teams with a common goal for continuous improvement and aligning with the company’s Vision, Mission, and values.
Key Role Requirements
* Conduct raw material, finished product, In-process, stability, and water testing in accordance with SOPs and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), delivering to test schedules.
* Complete testing and timely documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), submitting reports for review.
* Notify Senior Analyst/Supervisor of any Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT) as soon as they occur.
* Author SOPs, protocols, change controls, and reports as required by GLP.
* Maintain records to GLP standards, e.g., Lab Notebooks.
* Ensure workspace is hazard-free and maintained according to GLP.
* Ensure equipment is calibrated and materials are available for testing.
* Adhere to test and lab operation schedules issued by the Senior Analyst.
* Carry out ancillary QC tasks, such as housekeeping and stock checking, to ensure seamless laboratory operations.

Essential Requirements
* Experience working in a lab (college hours can be counted)
* Experience with HPLC/GC/IC and investigations of errors, OOS, OOT
* Experience with CAPAs, Deviations, and Change Controls
* Proven team player
* Bachelor’s degree
