This innovative, customer focused, family-led, and collaborative company is truly growth driven at its core.Day to Day Responsibilities:Achieve sales budgets and weekly targets across all channels.Manage and grow customer accounts while adding new ones.Drive and execute customer promotions and warehouse stock pull-through.Complete 6-7 store visits daily, building strong relationships with retailers.Provide superior service, advising on competitive pricing and value.Manage the sales pipeline and drive new business development.Conduct research and use comparison reports to inform retail partners.Follow a structured journey plan aligned with business objectives.Work closely with buyers, reordering teams, and colleagues.Track sales, margins, and business development for growth targets.The ideal youMinimum 3 years previous Account Management in sales or Business Development experienceA demonstrated high-level understanding of the FMCG business environment, preferably in the grocery sectorAble to work as a team member within the ethos and values of the companyStrong customer relationship management abilityResults & KPI drivenProficient in securing back-office excellence in stores through demonstrating professional advice in all storesEffective sales and margin management experienceUnderstanding of the legislative requirements around H&S, Food Safety and HR from a retail perspectiveUp to date, competent and informed about key social media platformsProven ability to maximise all commercial opportunitiesFull, clean driving license.For more information on this role call To apply, send your CV to or through our website Location:Carlow/KilkennySalary:CompetitiveJob Ref:9492PL
