Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Instrument Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in Central Decontamination Unit functions including decontaminating medical devices, inspecting and testing equipment, and reporting discrepancies.
* Load and unload autoclaves, sterilize packs and sets of instruments, and prepare and examine packs prior to storage.
* Distribute and store sterilized equipment and instruments, observe and check parameters, and record data in logbooks.
Requirements
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication abilities, and ability to undertake physical demands of the role.
* Motivated individual with problem-solving skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
