My client is a leading Civil Engineering company who have a proven track record of delivering civils projects/packages nationwide. Due to their ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced
Civils' Site Manager
for a new project in North Dublin.
Duties:
* Management of sub-contractors, labourers and onsite staff
* Ensuring Health & Safety at all times.
* Understanding company policies with regard to quality and ensuring these are implemented at every level of works
* Understand quality requirements from specs and drawings and ensure compliance with both
* Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering or a strong site background
* Previous experience as a Civil Foreman/Site Manager essential
* Able to work within a team
* Adaptable, motivated and uses own initiative
* Ability to communicate strategy to the wider team
* Proven record of seeing projects through from beginning to completion
