From Adare Manor to the Ryder Cup, our work blends artistry with precision, and we’re now looking for a Chief Operating Officer to bring structure, scale, and sharp execution to our creative chaos.

The Role
You’ll be the operational backbone of the agency, ensuring that projects are delivered seamlessly, teams are empowered, and every moving part of the business runs like clockwork. This is a senior leadership position.
Your mission: turn creative vision into consistent, world‑class execution.
You’ll need to be a natural problem solver, someone who can design and implement new systems of working, and who operates with high agency, taking ownership, making decisions, and driving progress independently.
What You’ll Do
Projects
Run the tri‑weekly production meeting, ensuring every project stays on track.
Keep our project status board and timelines fully up to date.
Meet weekly with account managers to maintain accountability and clarity.
Ensure every project is properly scoped, contracted, and managed to deliver excellence.
Identify and implement new systems and workflows that increase efficiency and unlock creative freedom.
Track project P&L and maintain up-to-date records.
Ensure expenses and contractor payments are managed accurately and on time.
Support leadership with monthly P&L and client update meetings.
People & Studio
Manage team schedules and production capacity to ensure resources are used effectively.
Approve annual leave and maintain a healthy workload balance.
Drive a culture of accountability, calm under pressure, and collective ownership.
Ensuring quarterly and annual strategy goals are achieved by implementing and managing effective systems.
Who You Are
Highly organised, calm under pressure, and always one step ahead.

A people leader who knows how to motivate creatives while keeping standards high.
Experienced in operations, project management, or production leadership (agency or production background ideal but not necessary).
Naturally high agency, decisive, proactive, and driven to find solutions rather than wait for direction.
