Retail Marketing Manager Permanent Position Location: Co. Kildare (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote) Reports To: Head of Marketing CPL Marketing are working with a well-established Retail organisation based in Co. Kildare are seeking a passionate Retail Marketing Manager to lead strategy development and execution across multiple channels.
This role is perfect for a results-driven marketer with a strong background in omnichannel and digital marketing, looking to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.
This person will drive the development of channel marketing strategies, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing team to achieve KPIs across stockists and online platform.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement Channel Marketing strategies to grow sales and market share.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring collaboration and excellent campaign execution.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and footfall.
Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and work with content teams to enhance online user experience.
Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
Analysis & Reporting: Measure campaign effectiveness and use data to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
Requirements: 8+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in channel marketing and team management.
Strong knowledge of omnichannel and eCommerce strategies.
Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
Experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and website management.
