Job Opportunity: Experienced Service Engineers are required to provide comprehensive service support to customers, including commissioning, servicing, repairs, calibration, and validation of equipment on-site to meet required specifications.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality service support to customers, ensuring their equipment is functioning efficiently.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, performing necessary repairs promptly and effectively.
* Prepare accurate and detailed Service Reports for all work carried out, obtaining customer signatures.
* Ensure adherence to site safety rules, participating in customer site inductions.
* Provide on-site training to both customers and colleagues as required.
* Participate in the on-call rota for after-hours support.
* Maintain clear, effective communication with customers, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Produce technical documentation in clear, accurate English when needed.
* Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team, contributing to overall success.
* Be available and willing to travel to various client sites within the designated region.
Essential Qualifications & Certifications:
* Electrical or Electro-Mechanical certifications/training.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Valid Safe Pass certification.
* Up-to-date Manual Handling certificate.
