Applications are invited for the following position:
HR Business Manager Grade VII
Permanent Full Time Contract
Location: Human Resources Department, 1st Floor, Blackberry Park, Ballykeeffe,
Dock Road, Limerick
Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications
* Have significant HR experience in managing and/or delivering a complex service within the area of health or social care or comparative relevant experience.
* A proven track record of delivering HR support to staff
* HR experience with a strong emphasis on, employee relations, information analysis and/or project implementation.
* The requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
Desirable
* Third level degree in HR or a related discipline.
* Experience of supervising staff
* Experience of managing and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines/competing demands.
* Knowledge of the HR Management System data to provide meaningful reports to support key stakeholders.
* Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
* Experience with training and development initiatives and delivery.
* Experience gained in a unionised environment.
