Essentials: HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification, minimum of 5 years' similar experience in Ireland, strong project management skills.
Location: Cork city
Salary: Up to €75,000

Overseeing: Site management, quality assurance, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder relationshipsLead health and safety, quality and compliance across the projectCoordinate design reviews, technical queries and issue resolutionManage subcontractors and service providers to meet programme and commissioning targetsMonitor progress, report weekly performance and proactively address delaysCarry out regular site inspections to drive quality and timely close-out of issuesOversee quality assurance, document control and building control complianceManage key work packages including sequencing, trade coordination and procurement inputLiaise with utilities, authorities and external stakeholders as requiredDrive build efficiencies through design challenge and value engineeringLead and develop site engineering teams while promoting a strong customer-focused culture
