About Your New Job
As the SHEQ Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality assurance documentation within the business.
You will monitor and support SHEQ performance across all contracts, ensuring best practices and compliance with relevant standards.
You will provide expert guidance to operational management, identifying areas of excellence, implementing improvements, and supporting robust incident and accident reporting and investigation processes.
You will facilitate effective communication between clients, customers, and subcontractors on safety and quality‑related matters.
What Skills You Need
Third level qualification in a relevant area or equivalent experience, including an environmental qualification (IOSH/IEMA membership desirable).
Proven knowledge and application of SHE management principles within an operational setting.
Ability to work independently, self‑organised, and a full clean driving licence.
