Key Responsibilities
As a Litigation Legal Secretary, you'll provide high-level administrative support to solicitors within our litigation department. Your tasks will include:
* Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
* Managing case files, maintaining accurate records, and updating client databases
* Organising and monitoring court dates, deadlines, and solicitor diaries
* Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Liaising with courts, clients, counsel, and third-party stakeholders
* Assisting with billing processes and timesheet entries
* Supporting ad-hoc administrative and team coordination tasks
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* Proven experience in a legal secretary role, ideally within litigation
