About the Position
This leadership role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across residential and community-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of service delivery to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
* Leadership of a team to achieve superior service delivery and results.
* Strategic planning and implementation of effective budgetary and financial management.
* Participation in on-call duties and external meetings outside regular working hours.
Requirements:
* Nursing qualification with RNID/RNMH advantageous.
* Current registration with the NMBI or relevant third-level qualification in Health/Social Care.
* Eligibility for Social Care Register at CORU.
* Minimum 5 years management experience in Healthcare.
* Recognised management qualification required.
