We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Registrar in Emergency Medicine to join a dynamic and supportive clinical team in Tullamore.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy emergency department while working alongside experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
Please note this role will involve the rotation to a local injuries unit as part of the roster in Athlone.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients presenting to the department Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute conditions Work collaboratively with consultants, nursing staff, and allied health professionals Participate in on-call rota and shift work, including nights and weekends Maintain accurate and timely patient records Contribute to clinical audits, teaching, and continuous professional development Essential Requirements Valid IMC Registration Right to Work in the Republic of Ireland Minimum 6 months of medical experience in this role or a similar role.
