Senior Pensions AdministratorHoneycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established financial planning firm based in Belfast to recruit for a Senior Pensions Administrator.The ClientOur client is a highly respected and close-knit financial planning practice, with a strong team of Financial Advisors and administrative professionals supporting a growing client base.They offer a collaborative environment where technical support staff play a key role in the advice process, working closely with advisors to deliver high-quality, compliant financial planning solutions to clients.The RoleThis is a key position within the business, supporting a pool of Financial Advisors with technical pensions and financial planning administration.You will play an integral role in ensuring clients receive well-informed, compliant advice, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.Duties will include:Help preparing suitability reports and technical documentation for client recommendationsProducing illustrations, key features and supporting documentation for client meetingsConducting research across pensions, investments, protection and wider financial planning areasAnalysing client circumstances, objectives and risk profilesSupporting advisors with comparisons, technical queries and case preparationMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client records on internal systemsEnsuring all work aligns with FCA regulations and internal compliance standardsEssential CriteriaPrevious experience in a technical pensions or paraplanning role within an IFA or wealth management environmentLevel 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards)Strong knowledge of pensions and wider financial planning productsExcellent attention to detail with strong report writing abilityStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple casesConfident communicator, comfortable working closely with advisors and wider teamsThe PackageCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)20 days holiday + statutory, with additional leave based on serviceOn-site parkingOpportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative financial planning teamTo speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Sam Evans at or call 02890131227.
