2. Solve day-to-day manufacturing challenges by identifying issues early and implementing effective solutions.
3. Monitor equipment performance, implement downtime recovery plans, and support maintenance activities to optimize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
4. Evaluate product changeovers for efficiency improvements through SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) principles. Implement optimized workflows that reduce process time while maintaining quality standards. Apply predictive maintenance techniques using data-driven insights from condition monitoring systems.
Paste Technology Applied Should have working knowledge paste technology such as tableting/capping.Knowledge Of Electronic Testing To be able operate electronic testing we can provide training but should have basic understanding.Packaging Experience Competitive The job title is designed differently.
