We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new SuccessFactors Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This critical role will drive the successful delivery of a company-wide transformation project, coordinating the internal project team and third‑party implementation partners.
Responsibilities
* Project Leadership & Management
o Lead the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of the SuccessFactors implementation.
o Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
o Champion project management best practices within the project team.
o Manage project scope and enforce a change control process to keep the project aligned with scope, approving formal deviations.
* Stakeholder & Vendor Management
o Primary point of contact between internal teams (HR, IT, business stakeholders) and third‑party implementation partners.
o Collaborate with the partner’s project manager for cohesive delivery.
* HRIS Subject Matter Expertise
o Provide expert guidance on HRIS best practices, informing system design and implementation activities.
o Act as an internal consultant on how HRIS functionalities meet business and HR needs.
* Risk, Issue & Quality Management
o Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues with proactive mitigation strategies.
o Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within scope.
* Reporting & Communication
o Establish and manage project governance (steering meetings, change control, decision authority, team meetings).
o Provide regular, clear status reports to key stakeholders.
o Support change management and communication strategy for smooth transition and high user adoption.
Skills and Requirements
* 3 – 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager leading large-scale HRIS implementations; SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Planner, Project).
* Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
* Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* A Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
