Job Overview:
This role oversees a team providing building operations and maintenance services.
As part of the Facilities Management functional area, this position focuses on all aspects of facility operations.
About the Position
* Manage staff to ensure effective delivery of services.
* Monitor employee training and development needs.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
* Schedule and manage daily team activities.
* Assign tasks, cross-train staff, and mentor as needed.
* Maintain positive client relationships.
* Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance.
* Prepare and manage budgets for capital projects and operating expenses.
* Perform quality assurance for facility inspections.
* Analyze operational efficiencies and suggest upgrades.
* Manage environmental health and safety procedures.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
* In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
* Valid driver's license required.
* Facility Management certification is beneficial.
