Job Opportunity
Critical Services Technicians are essential to meeting customer satisfaction targets by resolving and completing day-to-day work orders.
Responsibilities
* Gain Authorized Person status within six months of onboarding.
* Maintain a log of completed work and outstanding items through our in-house system.
* Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company requirements from contractors and staff.
* Participate in critical services training to enhance skills.
* Communicate effectively with clients and management to share expertise and resolve operational problems.
* Provide holiday, training, and sickness cover for team members.
* Track Critical Services Planned Preventative Maintenance and conduct condition assessments.
* Log incident reports for out-of-line situations.
Requirements
* Trade qualification: Electrician.
* 1-2 years of job-related experience or a combination of experience and education (City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 or equivalent).
* Meet physical requirements including lifting/carrying heavy loads (50 pounds or more).
* Follow established work routines and standards.
* Effective communication skills to exchange information.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
* Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
