Responsibilities
Represent the company on site and interface between the company and client
Manage and motivate site teams
Manage and motivate sub-contractors
Ensure all processes are adhered to on a project-by-project basis
Ensure that the end product meets customers’ expectations in relation to build and finish
Ensure all Health & Safety and other regulatory matters are complied with
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ main contractor experience
Experience of coordination of workshop drawings, interfacing with Design Teams / Clients, Reporting/ Scheduling & Programming
Experience in commercial, residential, and fit-out sectors
Ability to work on own initiative
Self-motivated and hard worker
Strong team building and leadership skills
Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, CAD and other industry-specific software (advantage)
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
