Executive Assistant with Office Management Responsibilities Dublin 2 - Permanent - Full-Time - Tax & Consulting Industry - Annual Salary: €45,000-€55,000 - Fully Onsite We're looking for a proactive and highly organised individual for a dynamic role with diverse responsibilities within a rapidly growing professional services firm.
This position offers a strong focus on office management and events coordination within their core functions team.
While providing administrative and executive support to their leadership, this isn't a traditional full-time EA role, as their Managing Partner and other partners are largely self-sufficient.
This exciting opportunity offers a broad scope, combining executive support with significant office management duties and involvement in key firm initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Provide executive and administrative support to the senior leadership team.
Manage firm travel arrangements.
Take on office management responsibilities, contributing to the smooth operation of their Dublin 2 office.
Act as the main Health and Safety contact for the office.
Support core functions projects, assisting with the organisation and delivery of a variety of initiatives, including client, staff and firm events, as well as commercial and strategic projects.
Provide administrative support to Finance, HR, and Operations as needed.
About You: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Management role.
Experience within the professional services industry (e.g., accounting firms, law firms) is highly advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Prior experience in organising employee events and social committee involvement would be a significant plus.
Remuneration: Salary range based on experience, in the range of €45,000-€55,000.
Additional Information: This role does not meet criteria for a Critical Skills permit.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in their new Dublin 2 offices.
