We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our international marketing team and drive brand awareness, sales growth, and lead generation across our diverse product range.
Main Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
* Digital marketing certification advantageous.
* 2-3 years of commercial marketing experience with lead generation program management responsibilities.
* Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
* Valid full driving license.
* Ecommerce, Sales, or Customer Service experience beneficial.
* Familiarity with Agriculture, Equine, Material Handling, and/or Construction markets advantageous.
* General and Digital Marketing skills.
* Well-developed IT skills (MS Platforms, CRM, ERP, Content Management Systems etc).
* Project Management skills.
* Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills. High-level editorial and proof writing skills.

Marketing Objectives
* Manage lead generation campaigns for multiple product portfolios and markets via CRM.
* Create and develop:
o Print media (catalogues, brochures, flyers, promotional material).
o Online media (websites, social media, and email campaigns). Drive SEO.
o Exhibitions, Trade Events, and Open Days.
o Advertising & Editorial.
o PR projects.
o Content: writing and proofing.
* Publish print and online media (including video). Ensure all published material is valid, current, and accurate.
* Oversee projects related to website/social media design and utilisation.
* Execute new Product launch campaigns.
* Ensure corporate consistency and branding projects adhere to brand guidelines.
* Drive innovation and excellence in marketing standards, implementing consistency, and leveraging marketing and PR opportunities.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in relevant sectors through market research, attending sales meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and maintaining strong communications links with the sales team and customers.
* Maintain marketing databases to ensure information is accurate, updated, and easily accessible.
* Manage financial aspects, negotiate expenses, and report spending.
