Calling All Sales Reps – B2B Full Sale Cycle Role

Calling all sales reps We are seeking a highly ambitious and enthusiastic salesperson to join our team at Archer.

Here at Archer, we partner with clients across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and financial services sectors to deliver top IT talent. With a strong presence in the Irish market and a growing presence in Europe, we are now expanding our reach further in 2026.

This role is built for ambitious sales professionals who want to own the full sales cycle early in their career and be supported while doing it.

In this role, you will:

* Manage the
entire sales cycle
from first contact through to long-term account management
* Build and grow your own book of business across high-growth sectors such as technology, medical devices, pharma, and finance
* Work with a high level of autonomy, supported by experienced commercial leaders
* Develop into a trusted commercial advisor, not just a salesperson

You won't pass deals on. You'll own everything – prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing, and long-term client relationships.

What we're looking for:

* 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced sales role (sales rep, SDR, BDR, sales executive, sales consultant, sales advisor, telesales)
* Ideally, 3 years of any commercial experience
* A motivated, competitive mindset with a desire to
own
deals end-to-end
* EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa required

Typical Year 1 Total Comp – €48,000 (Base + Commission + Bonus)
