Job Title: Store Operations Manager
Job Description:
As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store. You will lead by example and support your team to deliver high standards and results.
You will work closely with your Store Manager to achieve business objectives, ensure the smooth operation of the store, and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for coaching and mentoring staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Talent for management from previous experience as an assistant or store manager in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for teamwork, knowing how to coach and develop a large team to deliver high standards and results.
* Spark to think and act strategically, enjoying the hands-on day-to-day running of the store.
* Expertise in understanding KPIs; sales, service, profit & loss.
* Commercial mindset, understanding the daily operational running of a store.
