Process Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our organization.
* Perform gap analysis, facility fit studies, process safety and risk assessment for new product introductions.
* Analyze process data during manufacturing operations.
* Develop the manufacturing process for new products.
* Provide operational technical support for process-related issue resolution.
* Prepare specifications related to new product materials and consumables.
* Lead and/or assist in risk assessments (e.g., PFMEA, EHS).
* Develop new product-related documents, such as Transfer Plans/Protocols/Procedures/Manufacturing Batch Records.
* Collaborate with global science and quality teams on process development for suitable future products.
* Assist and/or lead product and process-related investigations and change plans.
* Support and train operations personnel for new product processes.
This role requires a third-level degree in a relevant engineering, science, or technical discipline. Desired requirements include a master's qualification in a relevant technical discipline and 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical process engineering.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in process development, implementation, and optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
