Project Manager * Lead the delivery of a Commercial building project, controlling safety, cost, planning, technical programme and execution of works. * Coordinate work supply chain and project site management. * Review and coordinate construction drawings, specifications and Works Requirements (WR). * Manage and coordinate subcontractor weekly progress meetings, workshops and follow through with planned actions. * Input into strategic and production planning team, updating progress reports and productivity reports. * Review, maintain and control site records and contemporaneous records relating to works, installation, materials and labour. * Maintain good relationships with Client, Designers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders. * Take responsibility for personal development and training for technical, Health & Safety to meet external and internal demands.
