The role
Main purpose of the role
Shop and fulfil orders on behalf of our customers using the SuperValu.ie service.
Ideal candidate will have/be
Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products
Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
Main duties
Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative
Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products
Have good product knowledge to ensure the items that are picked are of the highest quality and substitution chosen are appropriate
Pack the products in the correct temperature zone so they arrive at the customers' home in perfect condition
Make decisions on behalf of customers if products ordered are unavailable
Work on own initiative with very little supervision
Keep up to date with team communication
Deal with routine customer queries

Online Shopping Assistant required for Riordan's Supervalu Fermoy (P61 AX04)
Working conditions
This is a Permanent Position working approx 4–5 days per week. The successful applicant will be picking orders in‑store for our Online Shopping customers. Working Daily from 7.00/8.00 am to 4.00 pm. Shifts can vary at times depending on the quantity of Online Orders. Candidates will be required to work one Sunday per month (overtime Rates for Sunday).
