eir evo talent are currently recruiting for a Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer for our client based in Dublin 2.
This is a fully onsite role
1. Acting as first level point of contact by answering and logging customer calls for ICT support and assistance. Support calls may be logged via phone or email.
2. Providing second level telephone/email/remote desktop support for users.
3. When remote support is not possible, providing desk-side support for users.
4. Escalating problems (only when necessary) to senior technical support engineers and services providers.
5. Configuration of hardware, mobile devices, peripherals and software installations.
6. Managing handover and briefing of users in the use of laptops, mobile devices and tablets.
Essential experience:
7. Experience of Microsoft Office, Windows and end user device support
8. Experience in providing ICT help desk support to end users
9. Experience in setting up smart devices (iOS & Android)
