Customer Service Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused sales representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and drive sales growth through proactive engagement.

* The Customer Service Sales Representative will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, strengthening relationships, and driving business growth through proactive engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build Strong Relationships: Understand customer needs and deliver service excellence to support long-term partnerships.
* Sales Growth Support: Work closely with field sales representatives to resolve customer issues and help identify growth opportunities.
* Contribute to Key Initiatives: Take part in brand campaigns, upselling/cross-selling activities, and strategic engagement programs.
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or Equivalent: Essential for the position
* 2+ Years of Experience: In customer service or telesales environment
* Excellent PC Skills: Particularly MS Office; experience with SAP and Siebel is an advantage
* Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
* A Customer-First Mindset, attention to detail, and team spirit
