As the company continues its ambitious growth plans, they are recruiting a Senior Financial Accountant to join their high-performing finance team in Dublin.

Responsibilities: Take ownership of financial reporting cycles across a portfolio of assets, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly results, analysis, and commentary to senior stakeholders.
Oversee billing and cost allocation processes, ensuring correct treatment of operational expenditure in line with agreements and applicable regulations.
Coordinate annual financial reviews and external assurance processes, providing required documentation and addressing queries efficiently.
Ensure compliance with statutory tax obligations such as VAT, including accurate preparation, review, and submission of filings.
Engage directly with internal teams and external partners to support commercial performance, streamline processes, and strengthen service delivery standards.
Work closely with accounts receivable and accounts payable teams to ensure accurate and current ledger positions and cashflow visibility.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to finance system enhancements and helping implement technology-driven efficiencies.
Act as a trusted finance partner to operational and commercial teams, building strong cross-functional relationships and providing insights to enhance decision-making.
Ideal Candidate: Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
Experience in real estate, property management, asset management, or related environment is an advantage.
Strong technical accounting and financial control background.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proactive, organised, and able to work autonomously to tight deadlines.
Interest in continuous improvement and technology-driven finance solutions.
Remuneration: A strong base salary, bonus, pension, healthcare, and a hybrid working model will be offered to the successful candidate.
