Job Title: Senior Speech and Language Therapist
We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in a Primary Care setting. As a Senior member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to paediatric clients within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide individualized speech and language therapy sessions tailored to the needs of paediatric clients;
* To carry out assessments, diagnoses, and interventions for individuals with communication difficulties;
* To work collaboratively with other health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team;
* To supervise junior staff members;
Visionary Leadership Skills Required:
* A minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Paediatric Speech Therapy;
* CORU registration as a Speech Therapist required. Active listening skills with families/carers is also desirable.
