Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a
Business Development Manager
to support our projects in
Ireland.
You will be responsible for
* Increasing sales by actively seeking new customers (including cold calls)
* Conducting business negotiations with customers
* Preparing commercial offers
* Preparing and approving contracts
* Managing order acceptance
* Providing prompt resolution of customer issues as they arise
* Maintaining reporting documentation
* Handling business correspondence with company clients
* Participating in fairs, conferences, and other industry events
* Managing internal CRM tools and ensuring data accuracy
About you
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field
* Mandatory:
At least 2 years of experience in Life Science consulting
* Professional English proficiency; additional extra-EU languages are a plus
* Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
* Availability to travel as needed
* Strong Business Development mindset: highly motivated, open-minded, organized, influential, self-starter, people-oriented, enthusiastic, resilient, results-driven, and a proactive team player able to perform under pressure
